Philosophy

Guru Nanak Public School & Junior College is a co-educational English medium school following SSC / HSC syllabus in Pune. It is a Sikh minority and private (unaided)institution. It is named after Guru Nanak Devji, the founder of Sikhism and the first Guru of the Sikhs. Guru Nanak Devji's mission was to emancipate the world and free the people from its darkness. His belief of bringing about universal brotherhood, developing a sense of self-esteem, selflessly serving others, caring for the humanity, sharing and uplifting the underprivileged runs deep in our veins.

Keeping in mind its principles, the school promises an inclusive, multicultural and a healthy environment to its learners. The school dispenses equal opportunities of growing and learning to all the students coming from different backgrounds. The school very well takes care of the underprivileged children by providing them with free education. The school also has a separate wing for preparing students through National Institute of Open School.
